Unlike the majority of Watch Manufacturers and retailers, All David Lawrence Watches Carry a Ten Years Unlimited Manufacturer's Warranty. Quite simply this means if your David Lawrence watch experiences any mechanical fault whatsoever up to Ten Calendar years from the date of your purchase, you can simply return your watch for repair or replacement dependant upon the particular concern. Rolex has recently announced (and confirmed) that it will be offering a 5-year warranty to go with all watches sold, starting from July 1, 2015 from authorized dealers. This is for all Oyster and Cellini family watches. Therefore to demonstrate our complete confidence in the quality of our products we have introduced our Ten Years Unlimited Manufacturer's Warranty.
Valid for purchases made Internationally (World Wide) from retailers (including Duty Free shops and Military Exchanges) authorized by David Lawrence Watches Corporation as an Authorized Retailer - Both Physical and On-Line.
David Lawrence Watches warrants this watch (except the power cell, case and its components [including crystal, stem, crown], bracelet and its components [including clasp, links, pins, screws], strap and its components or any accessories) to be free of defects in material and workmanship and to meet the timekeeping accuracy specification in the instructions for a period of five (5) years from the date of original retail purchase in the Territory from an Authorized Retailer.
The Ten Year Unlimited Warranty will be honored only by Service Centers as specified herein.
If the watch exhibits a defect through normal use, David Lawrence Watches will at its option, either regulate, adjust, repair or replace the cause of the defect, as necessary within a reasonable time after the watch is returned during the warranty period: (a) if in person to the nearest Authorized Service Center (listed in the warranty booklet and/or the www.davidlawrencewatches.com website) or (b) by insured mail or other insured carrier to the U.S. Service Headquarters at David Lawrence Watches Service Center 1097 Indian Grove Lane NL1234 Rogersville, MO 65742 USA.
All transportation costs (including, but not limited to, postage, insurance and packing materials) incurred in presenting or sending the watch to the Authorized Service Center, U.S. Service Headquarters, and/or any International Service Headquarters that may be available from time to time are the responsibility of the party presenting or sending the timepiece for service. If sending the watch, do not include any packaging you wish returned as all shipping materials are discarded upon receipt.
As a condition to any warranty service obligation, the Warranty Certificate with all the case and serial numbers as well as the date of purchase filled in by the Authorized Retailer (Physical or On-Line) from whom the watch was purchased must accompany the watch when presented for warranty service. Any photocopies or original warranty certificates that appear to have been altered will not be honored.
